Hello, I’m Crystal. A designer, art director, and educator who loves creating work that feels genuine and human.
Sometimes that means designing a logo or a campaign. Other times it means building a full visual system, setting up workflows, or guiding a project from idea to launch. And more and more, it means designing learning experiences — scenarios, interactions, and courses that don’t just deliver information, but actually change how people think and act.
At the core of everything I do is connection. Whether I’m shaping a brand or building a training module, I listen, learn, and help people bring their vision to life in a way that feels authentic to them. Good design and good learning design share the same instinct: start with the person on the other end, not the deliverable. It’s not just about the bigger picture; it’s about their picture.
If you’re building something — a brand, a course, an experience — and want to make it shine, let’s connect.
I’m the Digital Marketing Strategist and Lead Designer at Shots America, where I manage product launches, packaging lines, and global campaigns. I love the balance between creative thinking and clear organization. I build design systems, plan workflows, and lead projects from concept to completion. My goal is always to make the creative process smoother, more intentional, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
I make creative projects at Shots America look good, work well, and flow even better.
Teaching keeps me curious and grounded. As an Adjunct Instructor at Los Angeles Mission College, I teach graphic and web design with a focus on hands-on learning and real-world production skills. My classes are collaborative and welcoming, built around creative exploration and growth. I want my students to leave with confidence in both their work and their process.
I help students turn creative curiosity into confidence and real-world skills.
Before Shots, I worked as the Lead Designer at Love of Good Consulting, creating campaigns for social impact and community projects. I led creative teams, managed interns, and developed systems that helped clients use design more effectively. That experience shaped how I approach every project. Design should create connection, tell a story, and spark positive change.
I’ve led purpose-driven design projects that turn good ideas into real impact.
